Thomas Colucci
Mr. Thomas Colucci currently leads the Strategic Consultancy practice at Icon Asset Management AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. Thomas launched the Consultancy group in December 2018. The focus of the group is on disruptive and sustainable technologies whose applications can be found in both the public and private sectors.
Thomas has held seniors level roles at J.P. Morgan (NY), Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he
opened the Chicago office for Prime Services and led sales focused on equity and debt finance. He
continued service with Bear Stearns where he relocated in 2001 to London as Managing Director (EMEA) for Equity & Debt Prime Services. He later joined Pali International Ltd, where he was Head of Business Development. He then continued to Fortis Bank, where he was Global Head of Prime Brokerage Sales. He later continued service in the London office of Compagnie Financiere Tradition, the largest independent inter dealer broker, where he led efforts to source non performing loans (NPL’s) for secondary trading and was active in trading illiquid European debt & strategy.
As a seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of capital markets experience on both sides of the Atlantic he has advised companies with complex needs and requirements related to both public and private capital transactions. He continues to lead and direct capital formation, business development, governance, and strategy for many of his clients.
An entrepreneur in spirit, he concentrates his efforts on early stage (Pre Series A through Series C)
technology companies. He focuses on dual use disruptive cyber, AI, and encrypted communication
technologies utilized for both offensive and defensive capabilities with National Security and civilian
applications. He is currently Secretary of the Advisory Board of SDSE Networks, a leading provider of
secure communications utilizing Zero Trust Network Level 3 capabilities.
Thomas is a 1992 graduate of the University of Dayton, with a BA in both English & Political Science.

Nick Lobaccaro, CFA
Nick Lobaccaro serves as a Strategic Consultant to Icon and our clients. Nick was the principal founder and Co-CIO of EVA Capital from 2015 to 2020. EVA Capital managed a quantitative long/short equity portfolio using proprietary signals. Prior to that, Nick joined the Board of Managers of EVA Dimensions LLC in 2012 to develop a business model and investment strategy to bring EVA-based asset management strategies to market.

Prior to joining EVA Dimensions, Nick spent eight years as a partner at the Weiss Multi-Strategy hedge fund management company, where he was head portfolio manager of the firm’s cyclical sector strategy. His investments were focused in global industrial, energy, commodity and consumer cyclical companies. Prior to joining Weiss, Nick was an industrial analyst at Hunter Global Advisors. He began his career in the equity research department of Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst for the packaged food industry and subsequently was a senior automotive analyst at S.G. Warburg, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. He was recognized for his stock picking, willingness to make contrarian calls and his forensic accounting expertise. Nick holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Nick is on the Board of the Penn Grappler’s Club of the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Penn Friars Honor Society.

Andrea Zanon
Andrea serves as a Strategic Consultant to ICON and with 25 years of entrepreneurship, operations,
sustainability and technology leadership experience, Andrea brings a hands-on practical
approach to create accelerated returns, resilient investment and long-term growth. Andrea
Specializes in Resilience, Investment Promotion, Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment
Technologies. Andrea was the Senior Risk Management Coordinator for the World Bank in the
Middle East for 8 years and managed large-scale infrastructure and risk management
investments and projects in fragile states. In his capacity at the World Bank, he designed and
executed risk management strategies for 13 countries and managed emergency operations in
Djibouti, Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen. Andrea continues to advise the United
Nations, sovereign governments and entrepreneurs and investors on clean tech, sustainability,
impact investments and green growth. Andrea was granted multiple awards on innovation,
women entrepreneurship, and partnership promotion. Andrea is a Science and Foreign Policy
Graduate from Georgetown University in Washington DC and has a bachelor’s degree in
philosophy and Foreign Languages from Bologna University, Italy. Andrea is fluent in Italian,
English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Michael Corcoran
Michael Corcoran is a Partner, shareholder and seasoned Sales and Business Development professional with significant experience within the real estate, corporate finance & investment space.
He has worked in London & Dublin with international clients and won multiple sales awards previously for his work with Centrica UK and other companies.
